What data we process and why
This website contains no forms that store data on our own servers. The data you provide by phone, WhatsApp or email (name, contact details and a description of your project) are used exclusively to handle your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the contracted services. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by you.
Retention and recipients
Data are kept for as long as needed to manage the business relationship and the resulting legal obligations. Data are not shared with third parties except where legally required or strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, manufacturers for warranty claims).
Your rights
Under Andorra’s Qualified Law 29/2021, of 28 October, on personal data protection, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@andorraservei.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
