We serve Andorra la Vella, Santa Coloma and La Margineda with arrival times of 10-15 minutes from Encamp along the CG-2.
The capital holds the country’s oldest housing stock: many buildings around Avinguda Meritxell, Prat de la Creu and Santa Coloma date from the 80s and call for full renovations and electrical panel upgrades. We also maintain shops and offices, working outside business hours.

Services in Encamp and Pas de la Casa
Encamp is home: our office is at Carrer de la Vena, 3, minutes from the town centre; Pas de la Casa is 25-30 minutes away via the Envalira pass or tunnel.
In Pas de la Casa, at 2,050 metres, the climate tests every installation: we insulate pipework, fit high-performance heating and maintain Grandvalira tourist apartments. In Encamp town and Les Bons: renovations and grant-backed heat pumps.

We cover the whole parish of Canillo, including Soldeu, El Tarter and the Incles valley, within 10-20 minutes.

Coverage FAQs
Do you cover Pas de la Casa and Grau Roig in winter?
Yes, all year round. In winter we schedule work according to the state of the Envalira pass and tunnel, and for emergencies we confirm the arrival time by phone on the spot. It is one of the areas where we maintain the most heating systems and tourist apartments.
Do you charge travel fees by area?
No. Travel within the Principality of Andorra is included in the labour rate, with no parish surcharges. The quote is the same whether you live in Andorra la Vella or El Serrat.
What are your response times by area?
In the central valley (Andorra la Vella, Escaldes-Engordany, Encamp), 15-30 minutes for emergencies within working hours. In Canillo, La Massana, Ordino and Sant Julià, 30-45 minutes. In Pas de la Casa, 30-60 minutes depending on the road.
Do you work in residential estates and isolated houses?
Yes, we serve estates, isolated houses and mountain bordes across the country. If access is tricky (forest tracks, snow), we factor it into the planning at no extra cost.
